         Zhejiang Fenglong Electric Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter refered as “Fenglong”) established in 2003, is a company listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock code 002931. Its full name was Shaoxing Fenglong Electronic Machinery Co.,Ltd before the share reform. There are six subsidiaries. They are Zhejiang Haolong Electric Co.,Ltd, Tuson Corporation (Jiaxing) Co.,Ltd, Shaoxing Yicheng Electric Co.,Ltd, Hangzhou Fenglong Technology Co.,Ltd, Fenglong Electric (Hong Kong) Co.Ltd, and Zhejiang Fenglan Intellligent Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. There is one investment fund for main business with the name of Shaoxing Shangyu Fenglong Garden Intelligence Equity Investment Partnership (limited partnership) as well. The company is mainly engaged in development, production and sales of the components for garden machinery engines, hydrulic control system, auto-parts and the battery engines. The products are widely used in gasoline engines, such as lawn mower, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, blower, and the various of hydraulic systems for construction, industry and semiconductor machinery. The auto-parts are mainly used in the industry with lightweight and new energy. Since its establishment, Fenglong has been continuously striving to strengthen its research and development technology strength, and has been recognized as a "high-tech enterprise", a "provincial-level specialized, refined, and innovative enterprise", a "leading enterprise in China's internal combustion engine parts industry", a "provincial-level high-tech research and development center", a "Zhejiang technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise", and a "Shaoxing patent demonstration enterprise".
